ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur Architecture, Udaipur is a 100-acre low-density luxury hospitality development set within the Aravalli hills. Conceived as an integrated design ecosystem, the project synthesizes terrain-responsive master planning, modular architecture, climate-sensitive materiality, crafted interiors, and bespoke product detailing. The resort comprises 157 keys (117 Phase 1 + 40 Phase 2), complemented by specialty restaurants, wellness amenities, banqueting, and recreational facilities. Master Planning Contour-driven planning ensures minimal ecological disruption, with each ~2-acre cluster limited to approximately 10% built footprint. Calibrated view corridors, discreet circulation, and expansive green buffers preserve privacy while framing panoramic Aravalli vistas. Architecture A modular combinatorial system reinterprets vernacular principles through pyramidal pitched roofs (up to 17 ft apex height), high-volume interiors, and thermally efficient eco-roof assemblies. Materials include locally quarried stone plinths and fly-ash brick superstructures, reinforcing contextual sustainability. Interiors Interiors merge contemporary luxury with regional craftsmanship. Double-height volumes, exposed structural profiles, layered lighting, handcrafted rugs, and bespoke furniture create spatial richness while maintaining architectural honesty.
