Overlooking the Tung Fort which was built before 1600 CE by the Adil Shahi dynasty, the spectacular sloping site of Rockley Eco Farms sits 1075 mts above sea level. Designed to be self-sufficient, the villas require no power or water from external sources.

The pitched roofs are covered with solar panelling and get plenty of sunlight since they face south. The structures themselves are made of precast concrete, with the piles and plinth consisting of local stone. Flooring is in wood, with painted walls. End to end windows maximise the breath-taking views. Assembling the structure takes a mere 48 hours.
